The government of Pakistan request the nomination of ” Moavineen Hujjaj “for Hajj 2023.The eligible officials are categorized in to two categories Bs-07 to Bs-16 & Bs-17 to Bs-18. He shall be not less than 25 years and more than 50 years of age as on 30.5.2023.
Eligibility
He or She must be physically , mentally and Physiologically fit and have the capacity to walk and stand for several hours in hard and hot temperature of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Original Passport valid upto 26th December 2023.
Covid -19 vaccination valid certificate
1 Color photograph with blue background
1 photocopy of CNIC
1 photocopy of Office Card
Attested copy of January pay slip 2023
Acceptance form duly filled by the nominee and counter signed by the respective department.
NOC from the Department
Duly filled nomination proforma , medical fitness certificate
Assesment form and the undertaking by the nominee to carry a smart phone with hin.
GPS location turned on all the time and must have internet connection during the Hajj 2023 with battery backup
Surety bond on stamp paper signed between the nominee and his /her concerned Department .
